Medical Nutrition Therapy sessions involve a comprehensive nutrition assessment, which includes reviewing health history, food and nutrition habits, physical activity, and medical conditions. The sessions also provide personalized nutrition education, a wellness vision brainstorming session, an action plan with specific goal setting, and strategies for implementing behavior change to support long-term success. Insurance coverage pending approval. Self Pay $180 per hour.
Nutrition Introduction Program
The Nutrition Introduction Package offers a comprehensive approach to kickstart your health journey. Sessions expire 4 months after purchase. Insurance coverage pending approval. Self Pay $595.

This 6-month program offers weekly sessions to help you make long-term, sustainable changes to your nutrition and overall well-being. We will set actionable goals, provide ongoing guidance for meal planning and healthy habits, and work together to tackle any challenges that come up. By the end of the program, you’ll have a solid foundation for a healthier lifestyle and the confidence to maintain your progress. Sessions expire 10 months after purchase. Insurance coverage pending approval. Self Pay $1,200.
