The Health Coaching Introduction Program offers a comprehensive approach to kickstart your health and well-being journey. Sessions expire 4 months after purchase. Insurance coverage pending approval. Self Pay $490.

What's included

  • One initial 90-minute Consultation: In-depth assessment of what your health means to you, current lifestyle habits, goals, and challenges. We'll explore all aspects of your health and well-being and identify areas to focus on.  

  • Four 30-minute Follow Up Sessions: Weekly or bi-weekly sessions to focus on goal setting and creating a mindful and supportive approach to improving your health. 

Health Coaching Foundation Package

This 6-month program offers weekly sessions to support you in making long-term, sustainable changes to your health and well-being. Together, we’ll set actionable goals, and I’ll provide ongoing guidance to help you build and maintain healthy habits. By the end of the program, you’ll have a solid foundation for a healthier lifestyle and the confidence to maintain your progress. Sessions expire 10 months after purchase. Insurance coverage pending approval. Self Pay $980.

What's included

  • One initial 90-minute Consultation: In-depth exploration of what your health means to you, current diet, lifestyle habits, goals, and challenges to identify areas of focus. 

  • Eleven 30-minute Follow Up Sessions: Weekly or bi-weekly sessions to focus on goal setting and creating a mindful and supportive approach to improving your health and well-being.
